Here is the link to Awana.org to find out how to purchase one for your home.  This one features the Adventures in Odyssey coupled with a wonderful book to guide you!

There is also a new one with the Jelly Telly series.  These are DVD’s to watch with your children along with the companion book which includes Game Time, Handbook Time and Bible Time sections as well as Discussion Questions and Answers.

Parenting is tough with an army of people but when you feel alone it can seem overwhelming on the best of days.  We all could use a little help here and there.  They say that if you are reading a book or taking a class on parenting you are either one of the .1% of parents that are over-achievers or the other 99.9% of parents who are desperate for some answers.

Hopefully it isn’t that bad.  Even if it is, we are here to help.  Not because we know all the answers but simply because we are curious to find them.  Our faith tells us that God put our families together for a purpose and a plan but our minds try to persuade us differently. Continue Reading…
